1. Third Parties
ForgeTrail Academy may use a limited set of third-party subprocessors to deliver analytics and reliability features on thosisone.digital. Each subprocessor is assessed for data minimization and purpose limitation before use. Where a subprocessor operates outside the Republic of Korea, we rely on contractual safeguards and documented transfer assessments consistent with applicable Korean personal information protection requirements. This section identifies categories of third parties rather than every transient vendor, because vendor names can change between releases. You may request an up-to-date list through the contact channel below.
We do not sell personal information. Third-party scripts are restricted to what is necessary to operate the documentation experience, and we avoid loading marketing pixels unrelated to site functionality.
2. Preferences
Your cookie preferences are stored locally in the browser using a ForgeTrail-prefixed storage key so the site can remember whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies. Changing preferences later is supported through the Cookie Settings link in the footer, which returns you to this document and the consent controls presented on first visit.
Preference storage does not create an account and does not, by itself, identify you across devices. Clearing site data in your browser will reset preferences.
3. Contact
Questions about cookies or this notice may be directed to [email protected]. Please include a description of your concern, the page URL, and the browser you used. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and to resolve straightforward inquiries within twenty business days where reasonably practicable.
If you are represented by counsel, we may request verification of authority before discussing details of any investigation.
4. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a web server. They can be session-scoped, expiring when you close the browser, or persistent, remaining for a defined lifetime. Similar technologies include local storage entries when used strictly for the same kinds of purposes described here.
This site distinguishes essential cookies required for security and basic navigation from optional analytics cookies that help us understand documentation usage patterns in aggregate.
5. Consent
Where Korean law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we present a clear choice before activating optional analytics. Declining optional cookies does not impair your ability to read public documentation pages. Essential cookies may still load because they are strictly necessary to deliver the service securely.
Consent records are maintained at an aggregate configuration level; we do not attempt to reconstruct individual consent timelines beyond what your browser stores locally unless required by law.
6. Categories
Essential: session integrity, load balancing, and security protections. Analytics (optional): aggregated page views and interaction patterns without writing free-form personal messages to logs. Functional: remembering your cookie choice itself. We do not use cookies to store passwords or payment credentials because purchases are not processed on this static site.
Durations vary: essential session cookies expire at browser close; preference cookies may persist up to twelve months unless cleared earlier.
